When you purchase vouchers on this website, we collect two kinds of information, personally identifiable information (“PII”) and non-personally identifiable information (“Non-PII”). When you visit this website, we collect Non-PII information. PII information identifies or can identify you as a particular individual. Non-PII is information that does not reveal your specific identify and which we use in the aggregate without knowing or recognizing the identity of any individual user.

We use your PII to charge the issuer of your credit card for the purchase price of the voucher. We also provide your e-mail address, name, and zip code to the Affiliate. We may also provide your name to the the merchant where your voucher will be redeemed for redemption purposes. Our agreements with our Affiliates restrict their use of your e-mail address and name only to fulfilling your purchase, providing you information about vouchers, and providing you information about the merchant where voucher will be redeemed. However, we are not liable for the use of this information by affiliates. Unless required by a court order, subpoena or other law or to defend against legal claims, we will not provide your PII to other third parties without your consent.
Because Non-PII does not specifically identify you to us or to anyone else, we may use such information for any purpose including, for example, determining the number of times you visit our website, determining the amount of time you spent on our website, recognizing you as a prior visitor to our website, diagnosing issues with our website servers, and improving our website.
We use reasonable measures in keeping with the standard industry practice to protect the security of the information we collect from you and to prevent its unauthorized access. However, no data transmission over the Internet may be assured to be completely secure. So, we cannot guarantee that the information we collect from you will not be accessed on our servers or intercepted during Internet transmission and we will not be liable for any damages that result from interception or misuse of information that we collect from you.
The most common way for Alt Perks to communicate with you is through e-mail. We use e-mail notification to confirm your purchase of vouchers. We also may occasionally e-mail to you information about upcoming offers or promotional materials. If you would like to stop receiving automated e-mails from us, simply reply with "unsubscribe" in the subject line. However, you many not unsubscribe from receiving e-mails from us regarding your ticket purchase or Your Ticketed Event.
We have no control or authority over the content or privacy policies of sites that are linked to on this site. Please understand that you follow links at your own risk.
Alt Perks processes voucher orders only after verifying your billing information. Upon submitting your payment information and purchasing a voucher, you should receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. If you don’t receive a confirming e-mail or you see an error message, it is your responsibility to confirm with Alt Perks (firstname.lastname@example.org) that your voucher purchase has been placed. Unless you advise Alt Perks of the lack of confirmation, Alt Perks may not be aware of any problem with your attempted voucher purchase. If you fail to advise Alt Perks of the lack of confirmation, Alt Perks shall not be responsible for any monetary or other losses that may result to you.

All prices for vouchers for businesses in the United States of America are charged in U.S. Dollars. All prices for vouchers for businesses in Canada are charged in Canadian Dollars.

All claims will be fully investigated prior to final resolution, which may take up to 2 weeks from the date of submission.
